We are the preferred installers of the “Bygone Collection”

We know how much house holders care about the appearance and character of their homes and the lengths to which they go in order to maintain period details. The “Bygone Collection” manufactured in uPVC and incorporating a textured woodgrain effect is virtually indistinguishable from painted timber, but seeing is believing! They maintain all the features and charm of traditional windows with the energy efficiency of modern window technology.

Bygone Windows Product Information

Each sash window from Bygone also has a deeper rail on the lower sash to add to the traditional detail, as well as a continuous horn detail on the underside of each top sash.

The traditional timber features of the windows are further enhanced by putty line sashes on the external face and ovolo beading internally.

Bespoke Design Features – Bespoke window furniture, including scroll handles and pole eyes, are available to match the locking cam catches and Limit Stops in Bygone’s windows. These are available in Chrome, Antique Brass effect or Pewter.

Georgian Bars – Bygone Windows have surface mounted ovolo or putty line Georgian bars to mimic the most popular designs and each bar is held in place with Georgi Clips

Balances – At the operating centre of all the sash windows is a pre-tensioned spring balance, held secure by Bygone’s patented Balance Retaining Clips.

We are different from double glazing companies
